If you thought I was done with the photos you would be sorely mistaken… The one in the movie theatre is the first or second time we saw the 2005 Pride and Prejudice together in Connecticut!

I chose Henry, I sometimes wish Fanny had married him! Rereading Mansfield Park at the moment! And he has a barouche!

For me it is the Darcy portrayed by Colin Firth. Love it when he smiles. After all his mistakes I also like how he changes as very few men will. He already is such a good brother and friend and master of his estate…dream boat.

Well I’d say Henry Crawford but Austen does not describe him as handsome—and of o am going to fall for a rake, and all the trouble that entails, he needs to be handsome. So I vote Willoughby.

Willoughby because he seemed honest, amiable, handsome and was fairly well read and he understood the romantic sensibilities of Marianne and I am also a romantic at heart so yeah he is definitely my choice

I find Wickham a little creepy. His kind of charm turns me off. If I have to choose a bad boy, I’ll go with Willoughby. He’s nice looking, entertaining, and charming but not in a creepy way.

Ha! Good one. I did neglect to say that he did love Marianne, but he had to marry someone with money. I think he would have left his bad ways after marrying Marianne if he was able to.

Some of what I had to go through in life made me feel like Jane Fairfax with a Frank Churchill, although not in a romantic easy. At least Frank will not cause a pregnancy or risk that.

I always liked that Frank knows how to have a good time. He wants to have a ball! While his treatment of Emma and Jane are not on the level expected of a gentleman, he was dealt a tough hand. He did nothing so terribly wrong. And Jane readily forgave him- I would do my best to do the same 😊

I chose other as there wasn’t an option for none! I’m afraid I’m a complete Darcy fan so nobody else will do. I did think of maybe John Thorpe 🤔😱😂🤣😂 but no! I will definitely stick with Darcy! I’m ok with sharing him with Elizabeth luckily. 😳🥰🥰

You can always side with sheilalmajczan and suggest that in the beginning of the book he is a bit of a bad boy! Sticking his nose up at the country folk and destroying hearts rakishly ;). So I’m still going to count it!

I would choose Henry Crawford. When I first read MP I thought that he was going to change his ways for Fanny, similar to how Darcy changes for Lizzy. I secretly wanted Fanny and Henry together.

I chose Crawford. Ultimately, or at least for a short while, he really did want to change and be a better man for Fanny,. He just couldn’t follow through on it. He would have married her, almost positively, maybe.

I chose Henry Crawford because he’s the only one of the choices that I wouldn’t mind seeing paired with the main character. I wouldn’t like to see Wickham/Elizabeth, Frank/Emma or Willoughby/Marianne but redeemed!Henry/Fanny, for some reason, I would be interested in reading.

Frank Churchill is the least bad boy of the bunch! He doesn’t sleep around, he isn’t going to marry just for money, and he isn’t a horrible rattle (John Thorpe)!

I chose Wickham…I guess of all the bad boys he seems like the most fun…or maybe not. I’m not crazy about any of the bad boys, really. If only Darcy and Wentworth weren’t taken *sigh*.

I agree that Darcy started out as a bad boy, but not in a good way — he was a cold fish.
But Willoughby is so charmingly and delightfully bad, I’d have to choose him.

Frank Churchill was not totally without principles as the other three were. I don’t agree with all his methods but he was basically a good man!

Frank Churchill is my choice because he is not that evil. Well, he did hurt Jane Fairfax by flirting with Emma but luckily Emma was not in love with him. Other than that I don’t see any real harm that he has done.
