Publication Day Giveaways – Bundle the Fourth!!

Time to continue the gift bundle giveaways to celebrate the release of Mr Darcy’s Persuasion!

These are the next giveaway gift bundles (yes, there’s two again this time) to celebrate our special publication day – remember, you can enter as many of the different draws as you wish!

What’s on offer this time?

We have two identical (except for the ribbon colour tied around the letter) gift bundles for you: Captain Wentworth’s dreamy hand-written, sealed letter, along with an adorable Jane Austen peg doll and some book cover chocolates.

So what do you have to do to enter? It’s just as easy this time!

If you could ask Mr Darcy and Captain Wentworth one question each, what would they be?

Just pop your two questions into a comment below to enter this draw! I’ve got one of the hand-writtten letters and trust me, breaking the seal, unfolding it and seeing those words on the page gives you all the feels! ❤️

Next giveaway bundle will be announced at 6pm (18:00 hrs) UK time – at which point, my shift will almost be over and Ada will be up and about!

Mr Darcy’s Persuasion is available in paperback and eBook formats and can also be read for FREE in Kindle Unlimited, and you can find it HERE!

~o0o~

  1. How fun!! Questions for Darcy and Wentworth 🤣😂
Captain, my question; Will you take Anne with you on your sea journeys?
Mr Darcy; How long will you take to make your sentiments know to the RIGHT Elizabeth Bennet?!

Captain Wentworth: Do you plan to continue in service if/when you and Anne have children?
Mr. Darcy: Where will you take Georgiana if she needs to recover from an illness like she had that brought you to Kellynch?

    • Cass says:

I think we can be fairly certain he won’t take her to the south west again if Georgiana is ill! 😂

Good question re the captain. I suspect he would continue because he’d need to still earn a living .

Happy Release Day, ladies! I wish you much success, but with the two of you as authors, how could it be anything else! 🙂 Mr. Darcy, how does it feel to be so loved by many women, (for over 200 years) yet struggle to attain the love of the one who touched your heart?
Captain Wentworth: Your letter has brought sighs to many over the years. How does that make you feel, and did you ever think it would be read and loved by all these ladies and gents?

  6. Sam H. says:

Darcy: Be absolutely honest, what were you really thinking the morning you left Netherfield, after the ball?
Cap. Wentworth: Aside from love, what did you think you could offer a very young Anne, being just a Lt yourself?

My question for both of our fellows:
Have you ever thought – Cravat be damned!’ – and secretly went without?

Sigh.. Sadly I have appointments so I’m checking out for now. Thanks for the fun!!

  8. Sheila Clark says:

Mr. Darcy: What was your conversation with Lady Catherine, prompting her to then visit Elizabeth?

Captain Wentworth: Do you think you would you have ever sought out Anne if you had not run in to her visiting your sister and brother-in-law?

    More questions?
Mr Darcy: I live near Pemberley so when all the restrictions are over will you need a babysitter? And for how many children?
Captain Wentworth: why didn’t you fight for Anne rather than believing her rejection?
Oh and re my story request, I m quite happy for Darcy and Elizabeth to have problems to deal with but much prefer them to do it as a loving couple! (This is my angst phobia I think 🤔)
Anyway I just thought I’d mention it in case you ever do another D&E story 🤞🏻😉🥰

Darcy: Why didn’t you find Bingley immediately to correct your error about Jane?
Wentworth: Did it ever occur to you to forgive Anne and return to her immediately after your first success at sea?

  13. Jen D says:

I would certainly ask Captain Wentworth about what it was like to help run the HMS Laconia and capturing all those privateer ships.

I would also ask Mr Darcy about how he first met Bingley.

Love these giveaways! I would ask both gentleman the same question: what do you think of the way they portrayed you in the various adaptations? And in particular, how does Mr Darcy feels about that lake scene and Wentworth about Anne running in the streets to him.

  17. Hazel Mills says:

Question to Mr Darcy: Will you marry me?
Question to Captain Wentworth: Will you marry me?
If they both say yes I have a huge decision to make!, also not quite sure how I would tell Keith! 😂😂

    Liked by 2 people

    • Ada says:

I feel strongly that Keith would understand. I think Captain Wentworth is going to be at sea so much, I think it’s very possible to have all three. *Ada is instantly cast out of society*

For Captain Wentworth, I would ask him if he and Ann would continue travelling once his sailing commitment was over?
And for Mr Darcy, I would ask him where he and Elizabeth would spend most of their time, if choice and commitments were left up to them?

  19. Bonnie Karoly says:

Darcy: Can I live with you at Pemberley as your librarian and PA?

Captain Wentworth: Can I join the crew as an artist and draw pictures of you and the crew, the ship, and the scenery of your travels? Maybe, I better rethink that. I think I should offer my services from land. I’d be happy to do your portraits.

Mr. Darcy, were you pretending that Elizabeth was “not handsome enough to tempt you” because you were too embarrassed to admit you thought she was gorgeous from the moment you laid eyes on her?

Captain Wentworth, would you have proposed again to Anne sooner if you knew she still loved you the whole time?
