News From Cornwall

October has arrived, along with crisp mornings, falling leaves and woodsmoke drifting from chimneys. It’s one of my favourite times of year, and I’m over the moon to celebrate publication day for Falling for Polkerran Point, the last in the Little Cornish Cove series (for now, at least), from a very autumnal Cornwall.

Yes, it’s OUT NOW, on Thursday, 2nd October! And the fabulous news? It’s not just in eBook and paperback, but also out today in audio!

What’s even more exciting is that all of the rest of the series will be released in audio over the coming months.

The first book, New Dreams at Polkerran Point, is OUT TODAY too in audio, so if you’re sad the journey has come to an end, you can start it all over again! Narrated by the excellent Clare Corbett, it’s time to hear all those Mrs Lovelace classics out loud!

The dates I have so far for the rest of the series are:

Book two, Escape to Polkerran Point, comes out in audio on 6th November 2025

Book three, Christmas at Polkerran Point is released on 4th December 2025.

There’s no date showing yet for the fourth book in the series, A Fresh Start at Polkerran Point, but I am expecting it soon!

If you’ve been following the antics of the somewhat barmy locals, residents, visitors and incomers at Polkerran Point (aka the cove) over the last few years, I hope you enjoy this last instalment, and thank you for coming on this Cornish adventure with me!

Congrats on the 5th book in this series. I’ve tried several places in the UK to order the paperback, but no luck. The Bookshop and others only ships in the UK. Do you know if Amazon in the UK will have the paperback copy? Kennys has several of your books. Will they eventually have the paperback available? Thank you. And much thanks for your past help. 🙂

Hi. That’s odd. It’s available in paperback at Waterstones and WHSmith online as well as Amazon. Are you abroad? Amazon.com may have it.

Hi Cass: I tried Waterstone, but I was having issues with my phone number. I don’t know how to enter it to make it work. I looked at Bookshop again in the United States. They carry your paperbacks but not your most recent one. I will need to wait a bit until the paperback becomes available. Amazon only has the kindle copy. Thank you for trying to help me out.
